On Saturday June 23rd, TV Cook and Author, Fiona Uyema held a cooking demo with De Dietrich in KAL, Citywest. Guests enjoyed breakfast on arrival as Fiona
served up her homemade matcha granola, followed by a 60 minute demo and tasting. Fiona displayed simple recipes, easily made using the technology of
the De Dietrich appliances. From simple homemade spelt bread and tasty focaccia to delicious salads and soups made with simplicity using the De Dietrich
After living in rural Japan for three years, Fiona Uyema was completely immersed into Japanese culture and the Japanese way of cooking, following which
she wrote her cookbook “Japanese Food Made Easy”. As well as being a keynote speaker for various topics including health and wellness, women in business
and food related matters, Fiona regularly features on TV3 showcasing her healthy cooking habits.
