De Dietrich Warranty Conditions
Your De Dietrich warranty is valid on the condition that:
The appliance has been correctly installed and used only on the electricity or gas supply stated on the appliance rating plate
The appliance has been used for normal domestic use only
The appliance has been used in accordance with manufacturers operating and maintenance guidelines
The appliance has not been serviced or tampered with by an unauthorised De Dietrich service engineer
Your De Dietrich warranty does not cover:
Damage or service calls as a result of transportation, improper use, or neglect.
Replacement of any light bulbs.
Replacement of any removable parts of glass or plastic.
Replacement of any accessories such as oven trays.
Replacement of any cosmetic parts including hob glass and all appliance doors.
Any service calls as a result of a lack of maintenance of the appliance.
Appliances found to be used in a commercial environment.
